"We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity. Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is. Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests. Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall. Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time. Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold."

Highly recommend staying here. They even have a rooftop party with a DJ Saturday nights. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Jakarta if the budget allows. A++++"
