"Excellent service and attentive staff, hotel facilities all great although we did not have time to use the spa/pool sadly. Hotel seemed very quiet so atmosphere a little lacking. Room was clean and spacious with a fabulous view of the river, although the decor seemed a little dated and in need of some TLC. Breakfast great but additional cost. Overall a great hotel stay with excellent access to the Thames clipper for access to the O2 and also central London. "
