"Everything at the property was great - convenient location (3min from airport), clean, easy check-in and friendly staff. Only negative was that no one responded to any of our three messages on the Hotel.com 'contact the property' messenger, so no one received our request for a shuttle to and from the airport. I suggest contacting them directly if you need to get in touch."

"I stayed only for few hours. I have waited for an hour for the airport shuttle but no shuttle turned up. It was the other hotel shuttle kindly took me because he had returned twice and saw me still waiting. Spoke to the front desk and said you should have called. But none of this information has been said about calling in my booking. "

"I absolutely love this property, I have stayed here before as well. It’s clean, it’s modern, above all the staff are very kind and welcoming. Shout out to the breakfast staff (Prayog) for the iced coffee and making our breakfast experience extra memorable! The gym is spacious. The housekeeping staff made sure everything is well kept and stocked up. And if you call front desk and request they are quick to fulfill your request. Thank you! "
