"The room was clean but the bed and pillows were a little hard for me. Also I couldn’t get the TV to work. But those were the only cons. Otherwise, I had a very nice day and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive and kind and courteous. I only tried one restaurant and it was delicious. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it"

"The room could have been cleaner dust and dirt on bathroom door. Soap dispenser was empty. Staff was friendly. It was easy to check in. Kid friendly . Wait time for elevators were lengthy . "

There’s no coffee maker refrigerator or microwave in the room to encourage you to spend more at their shops be on the lookout for extra fees with room service. It’s $25 extra if you want your food plated $10 extra if you want it in go containers."

"The room could have been cleaner, in the bathroom there was hair , grout in the restroom dirty. Carpet dirty. Mattress was thin, we paid for the newly renovated, honestly couldn't tell. The parking for guest, wasn't explained how it worked and also the key for the elevators also wasn't mentioned. The parking structure filthy, trash everywhere, the stairs could definitely use a good power wash. Honestly the resort fee we paid for amenities we couldn't use without paying extra and pools were closed for the winter. "
