"The property was clean and up to my standards. Check in was easy and the staff were accomodating. I had a King bed w balcony room. The only thing I would change is that walk in showers should have been added during renovations and bring happy hour back. Otherwise, great property"

"This is a very nice property. However, we were there from Sunday to Sunday and the “heated” pool was not heated at all -it was freezing cold. Had I had a child and arrived and they weren’t able to swim because of this I would have been very upset. We got into the hot tub which was a little too hot. We enjoyed it everyday all the same. The rest of the stay was excellent. We come down in early May expecting to be able to get into a heated pool and enjoy it. That didn’t happen this time. The staff told one person that I talked to at his checkin that very afternoon (I talked to him in the hot tub) that he and his son could enjoy their heated pool. He was disappointed when his family walked into the pool and it was freezing cold water. He said they had just arrived & she had told him it was heated. It hadn’t been heated now for 6 days. Someone wasn’t on top of their job that the pool went that long without being checked. Oh, & on arrival Sunday there was a desk clerk that treated you like she was doing you a favor checking you in. She SHOULD NOT be the 1st person to greet the guests. She is not cut out for that job. Later in the week she had the same attitude. She worked Sunday and a Wednesday. Don’t know her name, But…management might wanna check who worked those two days & do something about her attitude. Breakfast was great each day! We had a great time at a very clean & nice Hilton despite these things just mentioned. NOTHING was gonna ruin our vacation. We loved our trip!!!"

"Two bedroom condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The only drawback was the indoor hot tub was not working for 3+ days all which were raining outside. I am getting up there in age and I was really looking forward to resting these tired old bones in the hot tub. I am disabled by the way so this would’ve been a real treat for me. Other than what’s been mentioned we had a great time and would stay again!"

"I just came back from my trip, l can tell you the room was very clean, bed was clean , the bed linen clean ,fresh comfortable. The Staff very helpful the place is nice they have an outdoor pool and hot tub. The beach is across the street it’s beautiful and well maintained. I definitely recommend and I will be going back."
