"The hotel is a large, beautiful hotel vs a quicky, in/out type of place. Great staff service and delicious breakfast and happy Hour. I came on business, was waylaid longer than expected… great location."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The young lady at check-in was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the process fast and easy after a long day of traveling. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the city. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated the great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would mention is that every time I receive a review request, it references a welcoming gift, but I have never actually received one during any of my stays. It’s a small detail, but something worth noting for consistency with guest expectations. The only other thing was there was a homeless young man who was getting the free coffee, and the staff literally threw him out the door. It broke my heart."

"1. Two days our room wasn't cleaned. I had to go down to the front desk to ask them to clean our room. It looks like all they do is make the bed, empty the trash and replace the towels. No cleaning. The tub needed scrubbing. 2. We're new to E-tips. There should be some instructions. We didn't know sho our housekeeper was. You go down the list and there are multiple names. We didn't know you to tip. I asked at the desk and they said it looks like they lost out."

"Fun place to stay in great position between the beach and Worth Avenue. Pink themed throughout which is cute and stylish. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and not as good as first time. The first time we were bowled over by the friendly and helpful staff and abundance of everything attitude. Nothing was too much trouble during the first stay. This time not so much and some of the girls at front of house could do with a refresher course on customer service. Overall we had a wonderful stay thank you."

"The place is filthy. Air conditioner had to be replaced so we had to change rooms. Overall, the entire hotel is gross.The front desk clerk was rude every time we went spoke to her. There are hundreds of good hotels in Palm Beach County. This isn't one of them."

"Jason was the best valet ever. All of them were so quick and efficient, but he went above and beyond every time. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The room was great. View was nice. The beach was amazing and I loved that they had umbrellas, chairs and tables out for use. They check on you enough to make sure you're good and don't need any food or drinks, but they don't bug or interrupt. The only complaint we have is how early the pool, hot tub, and market close. They did have an after hour microwave at least."
