"Staff all A+ for friendliness and assistance. Joe at the concierge desk is particularly efficient. Great location for Broadway shows or access to convenient mass transit and routes to all parts of Manhattan. Recommend staying on higher floor to be above majority of street noise. But this being NYC you will still detect some commotion below. I’d stay again."
