"Always a delightful stay while enjoying a few days in Seattle. Oliver's really makes it special. "

"The location was great for the Clipper, and was an easy 40 minute walk to the ball park. Staff were helpful, hotel was clean, food was good. Not a lot of road noise, the train went by regularly but it wasnt bothersome. A cool iconic hotel."

"The first room we got was very small and not remodeled like the pictures I saw when I booked the hotel. The staff was amazing and was able to accommodate me and switched me rooms. The new room was much nicer, however the AC did not work and I had to sleep with the window open. I did report the AC however I’m assuming it slipped their mind. I also asked for fresh towels, and that was forgotten as well."

"Room was clean, and the staff were kind, responsible, and attentive. The AC was very convenient to use. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at."

"I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It was always fine. But this time something was amiss. It seemed more run-down, gloomier. Little things like stains on hallway carpet, printer unable to print flight pass, and housekeeping staff using the same elevator we use slowing it down. Elevators were slow. Sorry."
