"This is an airport hotel: it's a short 5 minute walk to the airport, and that's its main plus. Functional! It's not somewhere you'd want to use as a base for exploring Genoa."
"There needs to be better communication about going into Nuovo Nord to get a key for Hotel 29, which is in a separate building.
Hotel 29 is not clearly marked at all! Air conditioning unit dripped water into my suitcase which was open on the bed. Location of Hotel 29 is very good—close to Genoa Principe train as well as places to eat."
"The rooms are comfortable if not small, typical for Genoa. The lift up to 3 floor is small and quirky but in my opinion gives the hotel a little extra. Security is good utilising a PIN code for front door in street and the reception to hotel"
"Clean small hotel near the train station. Friendly staff. Room cleaning every day. Breakfast very basic and area not safe at night bur otherwise good place."
"Hotel location is convenient, room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were efficient and friendly.
Room was comfortable but dark ; shower is extremely small."
"Central and quiet location
spacious room clean & modern
big breakfast buffet
personalized and attentive service from the staff
NH has given me satisfaction since the creation of the company and continues to satisfy even though the ownership has changed"

Very beautiful historical building located extremely close to the central rail station. I came here after having a bad experience with a local Airbnb and ended up loving it despite booking on incredibly short notice. You get so much value for your money, and it’s so close to so many fun things to explore. Highly recommend it!
This is a very modern, clean and comfortable hotel with great staff and a very good restaurant. It’s located right next to the cruise port so it’s easy to hop on a ship to your next adventure.
It is centrally located, recently renovated, clean and convenient. The staff’s advice on what to see in the city and recommendation of restaurants favored by locals for regional food had made our trip truly memorable.
By far the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The attention to detail is mesmerizing.
The staff all know your name, your dining on the finest china, with the best silver, the products are Acqua di Parma, the breakfast is incredible.
Simply flawless
My significant other & I stayed at this hotel the night before & the night after our 2-week Mediterean cruise. It is in a safe fun location with plenty of shopping, cafes and walking distance to many places. The mattresses were firm and more comfortable than our cruise ship beds. Staff spoke English & Italian and were also polite & friendly. This is an excellent hotel with a great price!
Hotel staff was amazing and friendly, so kind and nice. This hotel is an old mansion, there are only about 16 rooms, directly overlooking the walkway that is on the water and overlooking the ocean. Our room had a patio looking out at the ocean, with a hot tube, we slept with the doors open and the sound of waves all night long. The breakfast is served in a beautiful room with about 10 tables, floor to ceiling windows looking out at the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast was excellent quality. If...
I arrived in severe pain due to the development of a Kidney Stone. I was quite early [like 11:00 AM]. The Front Desk Clerk was exceptionally alert and exceptionally kind and helpful. I did not even ask for early check-in, but he immediately identified a Room that was ready and checked me in immediately. I will forever be grateful for that act of kindness / compassion.!
This was an amazing place! The location is something most people dream about! The view from our room was breathtaking!! We would definitely stay here again!!
