Hotel 29 is not clearly marked at all! Air conditioning unit dripped water into my suitcase which was open on the bed. Location of Hotel 29 is very good—close to Genoa Principe train as well as places to eat."

Amazing hotel! I wanted to stay here forever! The town of Camogli is truly remarkable and one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at on the Italian Riviera. Highly recommend! There is also easy access via ferry to gorgeous San Fruttuoso and Portofino! There's also a train very close walking distance from the hotel that you can take to get to the Cinque Terre towns in around 45 mins. Absolutely breathtaking hilltop gem in Rapallo – we felt like we were living in a painting! We arrived in Rapallo on May 5th and stayed at Hotel L’Approdo, and it immediately exceeded every expectation. The hotel is just a 7-minute taxi ride from the Rapallo train station, but once you arrive, you feel transported to another world. My friends and I loved staying at Hotel Vesuvio. It's just a five minute walk to the train station to enjoy all of Cinque Terra and the ferry stop to go to Portofino and Santa Margarita was across the street. There are plenty of restaurants, some cool 11th century ruins, and a daily farmers market all within walking distance. We has a "family suite" with a balcony overlooking beautiful harbor. Best of all was the staff! They took care of us like family... We were there for a week. Daily...
Great updated space. The only downside is the noise from people returning to their rooms late at night (you can hear people talking). Otherwise great place to stay and very helpful staff.
Very nice hotel. Very difficult to find. GPS does not guide you to the correct place. Hospitality could have been better. We had two rooms. When we asked for a 30-minute extension for checkout, they refused, telling us that we could only have 10 minutes, since the hotel was full. That was patently false. There were hardly any guests to be seen anywhere. I was surprised to find the personnel so unaccommodating. It left a bad impression to an otherwise nice hotel.
The hotel is centrally located in Genova very close to the De Ferrari Plaza and metro station.
The facilities are first class with an amazing floating staircase.
Rooms are clean and well appointed, can be a little noisy at night since the adjacent streets are busy.
Overall an excellent experience in beautiful Genova.

Very beautiful historical building located extremely close to the central rail station. I came here after having a bad experience with a local Airbnb and ended up loving it despite booking on incredibly short notice. You get so much value for your money, and it’s so close to so many fun things to explore. Highly recommend it!
