Irie Tulum
"The staff was amazing, the front desk helped with booking excursions, massages, and private chefs. We did the panoramic suite and it was big, comfy, and fun. We had our own rooftop pool and 3 king bedrooms/3 full bathrooms. Had a great on site restaurant and bar. Really nice gym. Elevator was available and some of the staff spoke English for us that need it. Only slight negatives where the nearby surroundings where not great to look at and the water would, at times, smell bad so we would have to let it run. Like most places, no hot water. A/C had to run nonstop to keep cool."

"Great experience"

Naala Tulum
"Clean room, helpful staff. 10/10. We enjoyed our stay at naala"

Motto by Hilton Tulum
"Loved everything about this stay. The hotel feels fresh, youthful, and vibrant. The rooms are compact but super smart and clean, with great tech. The rooftop pool area is stunning and a fantastic place to unwind. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. An absolute gem of a hotel if you appreciate smart design and a great atmosphere!"

"So beautiful, what a gem! The rooftop at sunset is amazing! We had the best time just looking at all the birds in the nature. Just be aware there is no food or drink service so bring own stuff from the store."

Collection O Faisano Boutique Luxury Hotel, Tulum Beach
"The property is clean and peaceful but, to be transparent, it didn’t match the advertisement. The staff is not uniformed and while kind/helpful, seemed transient. The AC was not on prior to arrival, there was a lot of plaster cracking and peeling above the shower head. No daily turn down or room cleaning, and the safe didn’t work. The ‘jacuzzi’ is just a stagnant mini pool and there is not an active bar, spa, or restaurant onsite. The pool lounge chair fabrics are torn. Many small details that make a difference made this seem like a property in decline. All said, it is in a nice location, and was an overall decent value and pleasant experience, but at this price point I’d choose differently next time."

Copal Tulum Hotel
"The room was beautiful. I loved our private little pool. The hotel isn’t very convenient if you don’t have a car. Taxis can get very pricey without one. The shared hotel pool is very nice too. I would stay here again if I have a car rental to get to the hotel zone area."

Orchid House Tulum Jungle
"Breakfast was fresh but very late every morning. It started after 8am, i had trips planned and needed to leave early on fee days but there was no breakfast. I tried looking around the property but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Also, apparently there was a waterfall but they didn’t turn it on until my last day of trip. They also tried to put me in a different room than the one I booked ( Orchid Suite). I has to ask them about it and then they moved me."

Moxy Tulum
"Really nicely designed hotel and room. Would definitely stay here again and good value for our trip. Free bikes so you can explore beach and town. Breakfast included is cooked to order. Can be a bit different each day e.g. help yourself to coffee / order through wait staff which at times was a bit slow despite many people not being there. This hasn't affected my overall rating at all but there isn't a wardrobe which is a bit annoying for slightly longer stays to hang clothes up. You need to bring your own towel to the pool as run by a different company."
