Staff are always very pleasant and welcoming. Valet can be a pain if it’s busy due to the driveway but staff are always quick to assist. Bar on ground has nice snacks and drinks are served fast and efficiently. "

"This is a lovely old hotel right in the heart of the city. The room was beautiful and spacious with a mini kitchen and even a washer and dryer. There is a lovely cafe on street level that is very popular. The Queen Street Mall, the pedestrian-only main shopping and entertainment district, is right outside the hotel. The Brisbane Botanical Gardens are two blocks away. The Brisbane River is two blocks away."

"The Punt Hill apartment was so comfortable with a clean room & kitchenette. Downstairs is a cafe which was so handy for breakfast. Parking onsite was great especially as it rained durung my stay. Above all the gentleman at the desk in the afternoon was really helpful & very friendly. "
