"Our recent stay at this property was subpar for the Hilton brand. Upon arrival, we waited over 40 minutes to check in while the two front desk agents managed a backlog of unhappy guests dealing with unexpected fees. These additional charges should be transparently included in prepaid totals to avoid such surprises. Furthermore, the room lacked proper noise insulation; we were kept awake by neighbors until nearly 3:00 am. On a positive note, the breakfast selection was good (though the 6:00 am start time is inconvenient for early travelers) and the hourly airport shuttle was a helpful perk."

"The hotel location is ideal, close to the airport and a lot cafes and stores around. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The rooms are big with king size bed, desk to work and private bathroom. In general clean still could be improved."
