"Great place for a one night stopover, close to airport. Spacious room, clean, comfy bed. Free shuttle to and from the airport, but doesn't run between 2 and 5pm approx. If you take a regular taxi, cost is 20sgd. Staff very helpful, and huge thanks to Ashraf who helped me connect to my eSim. Walk to food hawker centre and Changi beach. I highly recommend this hotel. "PM flight from Bali and early flight out SIN-SFO. No customs and immigration needed for in airport stay. Added one one hour to 6 hour stay. Breakfast was very good just across fromt he hotel. Front desk arranged wake up, cart assistance to correct gate in a very timely manner in the morning. "

"It's a nicely refinished hotel in a cute historic area. It seemed to be decently soundproofed as I did not hear any neighbors. AC takes a few minutes to ramp up, but keeps the room cool once it is started. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful and helped me arrange several rides/ taxis."

"We stayed during part of the 2025 formula 1 weekend because our accommodation closer to town (Hotel Boss) was booked for some of the nights. Very clean, room was spacious compared to our other accomodation, staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location is further from the city but the rail was close. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Safe, clean and nice staff."

"Prefer this Mercure over Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre, this location is a bit further out, however, catching a Grab is relatively inexpensive and you can always use pubic transport. The room is much larger than the City Centre place, lots of hawker markets and local restaurants. Overall a good experience "

"Good hotel right above the MRT station. Good room facilities and an excellent swimming pool. Great for cooling off after a days sightseeing. Our room was very compact and in hindsight I should have booked a bigger room. Singapore can have some very small hotel rooms."

"Breakfast was great. Staff were great. Room was very clean and quiet considering this is located within the airport. The pool was a nice treat as well. I recommend staying here if you're laying over or stopping over in Singapore for a night or two. Easy to get into the marina bay area with all the sight seeing and both night time light shows. Grab was the cheapest option and the metro was also onsite and super convenient to get to Chinatown"
