"Check in was slow mainly due to the concierge desk having to do check-ins as well as order taxis and take care of luggage etc. the room was fine and the location very handy for the airport and for shopping as the hotel is attached to a shopping centre with a wide variety of shops and restaurants. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that."

"Clean room and toilet. I like the firm bed and they provide extra pillows on request. Clean towels with basic essential in the toilet. Small kitchen has induction stove, pots and pans, cooking tools, small washing machine. Bowls, plates and cups on the shelf. There are many restaurants near the hotel in the evening. Morning face a bit issue as most are closed. It's in the central so a bus or mrt will bring you to many places."
