It’s a pretty nice layout property.

This hotel was awesome! Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Our only complaint are the pillows. They should have firm ones for people who can’t sleep with soft ones. But all in all everything was super great!

Great stay. The decor is a bit dated, but who cares? Everything is in good condition

Ideal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. James and Michael specially were very courteous.

Great place, close to MRL

Four Points by Sheraton is a fantastic hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Its location is ideal, right on the edge of Chinatown. Excellent service, modern amenities and we had the privilege of staying in a room that had a perfect view of the second tallest building in the world, the Merdeka 118. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist guests with any inquiries or requests. The hotel facilities include the gym, swimming pool, a tea room, and much more....

Excellent in every way. New facility. Helpful and efficient staff. Very comfortable bed. Quiet and clean. Excellent array of choices at breakfast. Food location near malls and the main train station.

Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. The Traveler’s Ark was excellent. It is above the Petaling Market in Chinatown and the n the center of everything. Great views from the roof deck. We enjoyed the lounge/ coffee bar. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They make a great latte. Lounge is filled with a range of characters— many who appear to be digital nomads. The room was simple but nice. We had a private bath and our own gecko near the coffee service :). The only little complaint is that it would be nice to have a soap...

Excellent 5-star hotel. The food is exceptionally good and diverse, and the location is very walkable, near the twin towers. The only gripe can be the beds. Great, but I have seen even better in other hotels.

Everything with my staff was smooth and the breakfast was very good as well.

Overall, the stay was comfortable and good; location was excellent as Mid Valley Megamall was just right beside the hotel through a side entrance, meaning you don't need to brave the hot weather or sudden rainfall to get to the shopping mall. However, what I would like to focus on is their excellent service. I wasn't feeling well and as it was too early in the morning, I wasn't sure if the shops were open for me to purchase anything to help with it. I called the housekeeping service to see if...
