"We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean. "

"Floor was sticky. Stove broken, 1 pot, no plate nor cup. 1 spoon, no fork nor knives. No towels when I arrived, only a bathmat. I called and texted and at 9am got towels. The hotel is right next to major train lines. My fault for not looking at the map. Trains went till after midnight and started around 5am. Not just one mind you. I stayed 1 night instead of 2 ."

"We arrived late and the reception had gone home. Another guest told us about a safe with keys to the rooms in it. We did not get any information about how to do late checkin before the day after when we had checked out. Not a very good experience, but we did get a nighta sleep in a room straight next to an active road and with no AC in it."
