The property is beautiful, recently renovated, and perfectly comfortable for your stay in Palma. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite has a desk for working and an additional 2 bunk beds that are in a small room attached to the 2nd bedroom. The larger bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.
The hotel has an excellent location, great room, amazing art (used to be a gallery), but more importantly the service was excellent. The staff is very helpful and makes you feel welcome. The go out of their way to make you feel good. Will definitely return.
Really nice, recent conversion from an old linen factory, to appartments. The location is great for the old town area with plenty of food and bar options. Staff were excellent and their English is perfect, which was good for us. Loved the room too, so nicely done out, with an amazing shower. Only slight criticism was the toilet didn't offer much privacy, but not sure if that's the case in all the rooms. Still, I highly recommend this place and would very happily stay there again.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. The property was very well kept, and the room was clean upon arrival. The marina area with restaurants and stores was a short walk away, I would definitely stay here again.
Very welcoming staff and perfect location for exploring. Some of the amenities they advertise as available such as combs and tissue paper were not available and the room had a number of questionable stains. They also did not change our sheets during the stay despite us placing their provided “change sheets” card on the bed.
This was such a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Really enjoyed the sea views from our balcony, the pool and the restaurants. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk and guest services were very helpful in booking tours and dinner reservations. Highly recommend this hotel!
