The property is beautiful, and all staff are incredible and above and beyond. It’s a modern and trendy hotel with all the amenities you need - robes and slippers, pool + beach towels, spa services, toiletries, wonderful breakfast, and very attentive service. Stellar hotel overall. Depends of the room of course, but I got one of the slightly bigger ones and had a great stay. Close to the pool and the atmosphere was really nice. Staff was attentive and friendly. Only thing that could be improved, don’t let people occupy the sun beds before breakfast.

Outstanding service with amazing dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Concepcio. The room was amazing and all the hotel staff could not have been better. Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. It's also in a wonderful location - easily walkable to all the sites. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and will be looking to stay again in the near future.

A real gem!

Fabulous stay for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old town and is beautifully designed. The breakfast was great and we had dinner at the hotel too which was excellent. The pool and terrace are perfect for a spot of sunbathing or just chilling out. Reception staff were very helpful with booking restaurants and all the staff were very professional but friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. My husband had a massage here and said it was the best ever!
