"Excellent location... Step right out onto the Plaza de España.. Literally 10 mins walk from the Palace and right outside a metro stop. Staff were excellent exceptionally helpful and gave great restaurant and travel recommendations... The breakfast buffet had all you would want and was of high quality ingredients with the option for chef cooked dishes such as eggs benedict. Rooms are fresh and bathrooms to a really high standard"

"Friendly and helpful staff greeted us every time we came through the door. The hotel is quaint, but immaculately clean and well designed. Great beds, nice shower and plenty of space in the bathroom. Our room had an excellent view of the plaza and the views from the rooftop bar were even better. The metro station is directly in front of the hotel entrance and countless restaurants are only a short walk. This street is also Madrid's equivalent to Broadway and has all the theaters running major...

"We had a wonderful stay at Arenal Apartments. This was our second time and we will definitely be back! Excellent location just off Gran Via with lots of shops and restaurants nearby including a 24hr carrefour which is handy. The hosts were amazing, accommodating an early check in and storing luggage for us when checking out so we could continue enjoying Madrid.
