"This is our second stay at this hotel, and the second stay was just as amazing as the first! The staff is so incredibly helpful--not in your face or pushy, but there when you need them and very kind. We selected the Red Level again, and we loved the separate lounge area (and took advantage of it). This has become our go-to hotel when in Madrid! Oh, and we loved the bath tub. :)"

"We enjoyed our 3 nights very much. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. Nice and quiet and the lift is excellent. Staff are friendly and very helpful with advice and bookings. A great location, close to metro or walking distance yo many tourist sports. $33 Euro to the airport , which was convenient with luggage. Breakfast was very tasty and there are plenty of dining options or grocery stores nearby ( we had a kitchenette which was very convenient) "

"This apartment exceeded all our expectations. We had a 2-bed apartment with a terrace on the 9th floor with the most amazing views over Gran Via. Well equipped, lots of space, 2 lifts and stairs depending on your preference. The rooftop bar is a must visit. The staff were so helpful and we are able to leave our luggage on arrival day before check-in which was great. The location is perfect. Would definitely recommend! "

"We travelled as four friends who wanted a base in central madrid, and couldn’t have picked a better place. The location was excellent, right outside a metro stop, and very central. The apartment was great - well équipes and a pretty high end finish. The double bedroom sofa bed worked well for us. The roof top pool although small had incredible views and the roof top lounge area was a great place to chill out. "

"Our room was amazing with a view of the Madrid skyline, room was perfect. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is close to a Metro station Noviciado so getting around the City is easy if you want to venture out ! The hotel is a short walk to Gran Vía and all its shops, the a further short walk and you are in Sol. We come to Madrid to see family and would definately recommend a stay here. We will return on our next visit. NB.. if you like a swim the pool is warm ! "

"Room was exactly what was described, and what we needed for our trip. It was compact, but enough space for four people. The location was beyond amazing, with many sights only a few minutes walk from the place. Lots of food options too. Check in was the easiest of the four places we chose to stay, and they even had lockers to store our luggage if flight times were later in the day. Will stay here again!!"
