"We stayed for two nights and the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Kärntner Straße, in a very safe and secure area. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant offers a good variety of food if you prefer not to go out to eat. The rooms are very clean—ours was a bit small, but we had a balcony with a nice view, which made up for it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We really loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great location, right near Karlsplatz and the Nachtmarket. The hotel staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. In our time there we were treated to two one-hour concerts by world renowned artists (free). There was free coffee tea and cake for several hours in the afternoon and because we were there on Christmas Day we received a music CD of Beethoven’s music played by the concert artists. It was a wonderful place to spend Christmas. It was very clean and welcoming."

"Honestly one of the loveliest hotels I've stayed in, and a superb choice for a Vienna city break. It's so central, right on the doorstep of the museum quarter and five minutes from the Rathaus. The reception staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The room themselves are a joy with some nice little details (love the turntable and record collection), a great shower, super comfy bed and decent air con.
