"I truly enjoyed staying at Dogo Kan, the onsen was great and spacious, both with indoor and outdoor baths. The rooms were so spacious, and you get several small, but appreciated complimentary things such as a sweet snack, cold water and tabi socks. My only complaint would be that the beds (twin) were so small even I a female (1.6 m), almost fell out of it during sleep."

"This is a ryokan. There is a private onsen in the room, a communal one on property and a public one close by. The property is beautiful. If you only do one ryokan on your trip, this is a good one."

"It was nice location, very near from a tram/bus station and city center of Dogo and Matsuyama. There are some supermarkets, onsens and post office in 15-minutes walk. The accommodation itself was just a house and it's located in the residential area so it was very quiet. 住宅地のど真ん中にあり、普通の民家でした。 いい意味でも悪い意味でも「暮らすため」の家ですので、羽目を外し過ぎないよう、泊る側は気を遣う必要があるかと思います。 でもその分、キッチンや洗濯機があり、長逗留や、松山に土地勘のある人なら、価値を利用し尽くせる滞在場所と言えるかと思います。 "

"Very well-located hotel opposite the Okaido tram station, and adjacent to covered shopping arcade full of restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance to Matsuyama castle ropeway. Room was very clean, spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent."

"Very nice and new hotel. Standard Japanese hotel size, with really good breakfast. Convenient location with parking lot nearby and department store right next to hotel. Train/ tram station is right under hotel too."
