Extremely quiet and convenient to Haneda airport.

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

1 min. from the underground station and 1 stop to Haneda Airport terminal 3 . Very convenient for early flight , nice italian restaurant ang good food.

They were very helpful and friendly. We felt spoiled with everything they provided. All the staff were very attentive. We would recommend it to anyone!

The staff at the hotel was really nice and they helped me navigate a lot of things like luggage, transfer taxis, shuttles, and food options. They were really friendly, and we loved the cleanliness of the hotel.

An exceptional hotel. It is very close to a train station, 10 minutes away from the Haneda airport, there’s onsite airport shuttles. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very clean. There’s also a nice common bath. I’d stay here again.

The location near Haneda Airport was excellent. The hotel offered a great breakfast, and there were many convenience stores just a short walk away. The rooms were small, but very clean. The train station was a few minutes walk from the hotel, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.

The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system. Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.

Not my first time to stay at the JAL City West Wing, and it's extremely convenient if you're leaving from Haneda the next morning. It's also not a terrible choice for an affordable hotel relatively convenient to Tokyo and Yokohama. There's a free shuttle to the airport (Haneda) and the Keikyu train to Yokohama and Tokyo is nearby. The check-in is almost fully automated, so don't expect too much Japanese hospitality, but the hotel spaces and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Nice place with free shuttles from and to airport terminals

I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.
