This is a new hotel that has only been open a few weeks, so everything is new clean and fresh. It is located above Oimachi Station with a few train lines to choose from. The hotel room itself is a decent size for Japan standards and with my husband being so tall we needed a king size bed. There were shops all around the station and the hotel itself had a roof top bar, with great views. There was an ice machine/microwave and vending machine on our floor. Overall a great hotel that has a decent sized room with an amazing shower.

整體來說，這間酒店對自駕人士超友好，大堂底下就有停車場，收費也很划算。樓下就是商場和各式餐廳，買東西、吃飯都特別方便。 不過這次入住體驗落差很大，我和先生整整八天都睡不好，夜夜失眠。出發前我就特意問過酒店，房間冷氣能不能單獨調節。我先生對溫度變化特別敏感，也知道日本很多酒店會後台統控冷氣，半夜常自動停製冷，當時工作人員明確回覆說可以自主調控。 結果住進來才發現，冷氣半夜總是突然停掉，房間溫度跟著升高。我們找前台反映，對方說是室溫達到設定溫度才停機。當時我們明明調到15度，卻依舊被熱醒，這個說法實在讓人難以信服。我又問是不是有人體感應，偵測到屋裡沒動靜就關冷氣，前台說沒有，隨後安排房務人員上門查看。房務了解情況後，表示會幫我們關掉感應裝置，也提到溫度達標後製冷就會暫停，我們的冷氣運作是正常的。 另外房間的床墊偏軟，睡起來不太舒服，配上厚厚的冬季厚被，蓋著又沉又悶，簡直熱上加熱。 還有一點也讓人挺困擾的，酒店規定每三天就必須強制清潔房間。我特意到前台說明，我們不需要定時打掃，要是後續缺毛巾等用品，會主動跟工作人員領取。畢竟每次清潔前，我都要花時間收拾私人物品，十分麻煩，但這個請求直接被前線人員拒絕了。 我們也明白酒店可能是為了環保、節省用電才做這樣的冷氣設定。但正因為清楚家人對溫度敏感，我才會提前再三確認相關情況。沒想到最後不僅冷氣、床品問題影響休息，強制清潔的規定也帶來諸多不便。希望酒店之後能多體諒住客的實際需求與感受，優化冷氣設定、按季更換合適被鋪，同時也能彈性處理房間清潔的需求。

地方非常便利, 附近有商場食店 樓下新商場大井町 Tracks 非常好逛, 車站對面有 Atre, 阪急, Seiyu 超市 可能酒店還是試業階段, 懂得英文溝通的職員不是很多, 有時候不明白客人需要 房間清潔方面有待改善, 我們住了六天, 整體清潔還可好, 但是發現 第二晚上回來, 發現有地氈上綠色的毛垢,頭髮發現在洗手盆附近, 這個情況明顯用同一塊抹布清潔地面, 洗手盆時發生 第3, 4天會忘記添置毛巾梳洗用品

Ensemble très satisfaisant, voire parfait. Une entrée magnifique dans un quartier très animé, avec le métro situé dans le même centre commercial que l’hôtel. Tout est neuf, de l’entrée jusqu’à la chambre. La décoration est impeccable et bien choisie. Le lit double est très grand, la douche moderne et les toilettes bien équipées, sans parler du personnel toujours chaleureux et accueillant. Nous avions également une vue magnifique puisque nous étions situés au 12e étage, et aucun bruit extérieur à signaler malgré la proximité avec le centre commercial et les voies ferrées. Il était difficile pour moi de trouver un hôtel à Tokyo correspondant à tous mes critères : une chambre pas trop petite, une belle salle de bain, un coin beauté avec miroir, et proche du métro. Bref, je suis exigeante, mais cet hôtel a été une découverte incroyable. J’y retournerai à chacun de mes séjours ici.
