The staff are very kind and helpful. The room was clean, everything I needed was already there.

少し部屋は狭く、テーブルはなかったのですが、添い寝ができて、朝食がついていたため、大満足です。 夜9時から、ラーメンが無料で食べれるため並んで、食べましたが、おいしかったです。

We chose this property as we wanted to be in the center of the action and it did not disappoint. A 3 minute walk around the corner and you enter Heiwadori, one of the many shopping streets off of the main Kokusaidori. Lots of shopping for Okinawan specific goods and foods. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a huge walk-in shower/tub combo. We would stay here again.

We booked Hotel Strata based on recommendations and were pleasantly surprised at how conveniently located the hotel was to everything we wanted to check out in Naha. Not only was the hotel super easy to get to by monorail, the hotel itself is also a little zen oasis. Our room was super comfortable with great amenities for a Japanese hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and next time we return to Naha/Okinawa, we will be staying here again!

It was a little difficult trying to determine where parking was, but eventually it worked out.

Fantastic hotel that sits near the Tomari Port for Ferries also very close to Kokusai Dori which is the most popular street of food and shops. 10/10. Room had real down comforters and very nice pillows.

This was my first time visiting okinawa. I was confused about where to stay on this big island. I am very happy I picked Naha terrace. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but only 10 minutes walking to it. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Just 15 minutes walking to the ferries to Zamami and Aka island. Nice staff. Thank you.

We had a great time! I’m a big Sanrio fan so I was so happy when we found this hotel. The lobby is decorated Sanrio themed and has a gift shop with merch I haven’t seen before! The rooms were themed based on the characters. Overall we had a great stay and staff was so friendly!

A well designed and managed hotel. Room is small but with large public area for luggage storage and to spend time.

I chose this hotel due to how close it was to the Asahibashi station and the Naha bus terminal, which was great for travel because I didn't get a rental car to drive around Okinawa. Not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel, but easy to get to somewhere else to have things to do. Also, there's a really good ramen place down the street that's only open at around 9pm, but the ramen there is the best I've had. About a 10 minute walk to Kencho-mae, where there is a small shopping mall sort of...
