"Good location. Rooms are tired."

"It’s a great hotel but there’s a horrid smell of sewage outside to the right of hotel and that could be smelt in our bathroom, especially in the night / early morning. No milk, no shower gel supplied, yes I should have gone down to reception but couldn’t be arsed! Also if booking through hotel.com - requests don’t go through eg, we asked for a quiet room away from lifts, then was given a room opposite the lift door! They did sort it, but shouldn’t have happened really. Positives - great location? Great Sky Bar "

"Room was incredibly basic. No air conditioning, no batteries in the remote control, no cutlery or any plates despite having a stove, microwave and fridge / freezer. The Ark at Wembley is a far better stay."

I was confused on check in as I checked in online a day prior to coming but was asked to check in again on arrival? Don’t bother checking in online, just check in at the desk, it’s very quick."

"loved my stay. Large room, very comfy bed, free sparkling water and very attentive staff. The Seed Bar was so good. Best bartenders, always up for a chat. Will def stay again next in London."
