The Congrejo area is nice and safe and within walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops. 10 minute $5 uber ride to Casco Viejo. I rented a pick up truck and they have lots of free parking in the side lot that’s roomy and safe. I was very pleasantly surprised as I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be this nice based on the price. I’d have no apprehension in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Panama City."

"The resort was located in a good area. The rooms were spacious. The bar had $5 drinks every day from 6pm -9pm. Didn't use the pool but it was clean. The restaurant had an asian fusion flare. The wings were very good and truffle fries were freshly made. Had a late check out for a small fee. "

"The location is very good and the staff, especially in Gastro Bar were exceptionally good, very pleasant, friendly and helpful despite my very limited Spanish. The staff at the desk were also really good and the only criticism I have is about the rooftop bar area. It looked dated and in need of a refresh along with the front of the hotel which was being worked on during my stay."

"This hotel is absolutely worth the stay. It has access to everything you need, or within walking distance. Beautiful, clean and well managed. The hot breakfast is incredible, with many options. Also restaurants for lunch or dinners. Which is nice when you don't know the area well. The staff was extremely kind and bilingual. Unfortunately, there is no airport shuttle. However, they were able to get us a taxi quite quickly that was clean and professional."
