The Golden Queen greatly exceeded my expectations for such a reasonable price. It was a beautiful room with two floors and a large tub. The staff was very helpful. They helped me find a rental car last minute. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
This hotel was a fantastic blend of modern features and old-school touches. It was very easy to walk to tourist sites and the train station. All employees were friendly and I felt very safe there as a solo female traveler.
Great new hotel a stones throw from the main square and the main railway station. Nice sized rooms and comfortable beds. There’s a little bar in the lobby and decent breakfast. For a 3.5 star hotel it definitely punches above its weight.
Hotel H12 is a lovely place to stay in Krakow. It’s good value for the money, clean, and conveniently situated near the main square. Everyone was very kind and the breakfast was good. Thanks!
My return to Krakow after 20 years was made complete by the fully professional, helpful and kind staff at Hotel Senacki. The location is ideal (just three blocks from the town square - i.e. guiet). Church bells, singing or performing musicians and horse hoofs are all that you'll hear if you choose to open the window and let the world into your very comfortable and spacious room. The street is pedestrian only - no cars allowed! - a plus, plus.
(taxis get you to the door as needed,...
This is the place I always stay at when in Krakow. The staff are helpful, they are there 24/7 (with the exception of cleaning staff), the premium room is spacious and affordable, the bathroom is clean and nice. The only negative is the AC isn’t very powerful depending on the room, but one barely needs it in Krakow.
I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated.
My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. (Usually, a client has to put a...
Stay was amazing! Steps away from old town square. Many sites within walking distance, St. Mary’s Church, clock tower, Rynek Underground Museum, Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle and church.
Staff was very welcoming offering water or champagne while checking in at the front desk.
Bed was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom, larger than most places we have stayed.
We would definitely stay here again.
This hotel was great. We stayed in the "new" section, so I'm not sure what the other one is like. The pool was so romantic, like swimming in a private cave, and the spa was wonderful. The only negative is the map that Expedia links you to (and google maps, as well) shows the hotel 1.5 blocks away from its actual location and on the wrong side of the street. The actual location is only about 100 feet from the Market Square. That, coupled with the fact that the hotel's sign is not illuminated,...
