"It was a very nice stay. The hotel staff was helpful. My only bad experience was the coffee and tea served at breakfast. I tried your breakfast on my first morning. I don't think I have ever had worse coffee than what you served there. The tea selection was also very cheap. Because of the coffee experience, I decided to have breakfast elsewhere for the rest of my stay."

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Zell is a lovely little town, and a great base for visiting Salzburg (free on the train with the Zell visitor card) and the area."

The hotel is excellently organized for the needs of skiers with lift tickets, rentals and ski storage all on site and information provided by the helpful staff. The rooms are cozy, the beds super comfy and the breakfast very good and plentiful.
