"The hotel was well located， stone throw away from Manchester City centre. Convenient and easy to find. Receptionists Nathan was very helpful and nice. Room is nicely set up with stove, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and even dishwasher. The only downside is that the bed was made with 2 single mattresses so wasn’t nice to sleep in."

"It was a lovely experience the staff were helpful and nice , breakfast was great with lots of choice and good food . The room was cooled nicely on a hot day . The bed had two pillows one slightly harder than the other for a great choice for one or what to use on top ."

"When I arrived at a very busy time, my room was not ready. Front Desk staff found me another room, however the room had two beds and I only wanted one. Elena from Guest Services called me to explain a computer glitch in the number of beds in the room, and then brought me a new key and helped me to move my luggage to an upgraded room. I settled in for the evening, but an electrical adapter for US appliances blew the fuses for the entire room! It was Elena, again, who calmly assured me that an electrician would soon arrive to turn the electrical back on and provide me with a stronger electrical adapter. I think the Front Desk staff person who recognized my displeasure and Elena who solved several problems for me are great examples of what aware customer service can do to turn a guest’s experience around."
