"Lovely clean room and the food offered at the property was delicious. A very comfortable 1 night stay, we would definitely return if in the area. Spa was nice and clean but quite small."
"Great location close to everything your need. Very old hotel that might need more than just some paint.
Ok breakfast but everything else in the hotel could use an upgrade."
"Lovely stay! I stayed for the Cardiff half marathon and the location was 10/10 - literally in the start line. Beyond that, the hotel staff was totally dedicated to make out run plans as smooth as possible: early breakfast, shower rooms after the race and even pre-race snacks. Lovely!!"
"A decent sized room with a comfortable bed. A large bathroom with an excellent shower. Ideal for Cardiff City centre, with free on street parking available outside the property."

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really well equipped and even though the windows were heavily frosted with no view the room was light enough. Lovely touches like robe, slippers and coffee machine.
We enjoyed this lovely hotel. It was close to the castle, and restaurants and shopping. The staff were warm and helpful. They were delighted to tell us the history of the building. I especially liked the lounge and the outside, roof terrace for added relaxation.
A beautiful hotel in the centre of Cowbridge. Friendly staff, delicious food and a town centre that has some lovely little shops. Don’t hesitate to book a stay!
What a beautiful manor! We loved staying here. The manor sat on a secluded hill and provided just the experience we were looking for after long days with lots of people. The restaurant served delicious food. The staff was exceptional. Highly recommended.
My wife and I had been on the road for 5 days and needed to do a load of laundry. The owner and staff were kind enough to do it for us at no charge. This left the day for us to other things with my sister who lives there. That was service above and beyond what was expected. Our thanks to Frank and his outstanding staff.

Outstanding staff and customer service. Everything was amazing. Breakfast can be a little for the price it costs or just lower the price of it. Otherwise truly exceptional.
