"We love staying here because of the people who manage and staff the hotel. They are so cooperative and will get things corrected if necessary, Rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"Hotel was beautiful, great breakfast and so close to everything! However, there is construction happening that I wish I knew about before hand because it starts at 6am to 6pm and it is loud! They are remodeling and the 4th floor was completely redone and new but the construction definitely bummer when on vacation and wanting to sleep in "

"Overall, it was good. The front desk staff were very friendly at check-in, and the room was clean. The towels were especially the best. The breakfast is also good. If I get the chance, I think I'll go again next time. "

"The rooms were clean but were starting to show signs of age. The bed would squeak and the mattress would sink in the middle. There was a fly in the room, which took forever to get it out. I thought the decor was nice. The concept is of Airbnb rooms but within a hotel. There’s no onsite front desk but there’s daily maintenance it seems. The living room lodge is cozy, the free cocoa/coffee was great, and the game room/pool was nice. Overall, it was a great value and would gladly return. "

"I booked this room to take my grandkids swimming. No idea that the pool was being worked on and closed. They wouldn’t cancel my reservation and neither would Expedia. Robbery. "

"Room and bathroom were great; bed / pillows so comfortable; love the robes. Breakfast had just the right amount of variety / selections. Elevator was not working but we were ok with stairs. It had been not working in our December visit either. "
