Its a family friendly friendly resort with good amenties for a long week stays. All tge attractions around Laconia, NH are under 10 minutes drive from this reaort which makes it more attractive.

The property was well maintained and the staff was exceptional. The pools were super clean. The only downfall and it was my preference was the bed was too soft but other than that everything was convienent to get to and the scenery was great from the main building.

This is a small town "resort" so in some ways we had to temper our expectations once we arrived but it is also a super fun place for people with families to stay! The condo-ish suite we stayed in was fully equipped for a long stay with a complete kitchen and living space. The grills were great for summer meal prep and we had a fun time playing tether ball, sand volleyball, corn hole, and eating outside. The indoor pool with the rock feature / water slide is lovely and the kids had a fantastic time there and the staff was very helpful. Overall it was a good stay, just not "fancy" per se. It would be perfect to have a family reunion with kids there.

Stayed 3 nights while our granddaughter was in a local softball tournament. Staff was helpful and responsive, elementary age grandsons loved the pool slide. Unit space and privacy were acceptable for 3 adults 2 children and a teenager. Proximity to Weirs beach and the boardwalk was really awesome. Overall a great weekend, even though our softball team didn’t win!

I’ve stayed at the Summit for 14 yrs prior. Too many restrictions and need a card for everything. Lines of people checking in and Donna by herself on weeks ends. Need more people to Checkin , so Donna can give out cards for tables in pool area. Not an efficient system.
