"Great hotel"

"The Grandview is a good deal but if anything goes wrong and you need to contact the property good luck. I have been trying for two weeks to talk to someone at the front desk after my stay and their voice menu loops back to the automated menu so you can't talk to anyone at the desk. Frustrating to say the least."

"Stunning property, great food, and kind staff! Only gripe is that the pool was packed and there were no options for hotel guests other than paying for chairs (which were sold out) and a few first come first serve chairs. I wish that was more transparent so we could have tried to reserve something and enjoyed the pool a little more!"
