"Promptly picked up by shuttle at the airport even with a very late arrival "

"Room was spectacular with view of the Queen Mary and water. Huge suite with two espresso machines and two bathrooms, sliding glass doors with balcony overlooking the water . Hotel is under construction but room was fabulous. About 10-15 minute Uber to cruise pier (Princess cruise.) Free shuttle only goes to the Carnival pier which we did not know until we arrived at the hotel, so we had to Uber which was fine. I would definitely stay here again for the beauty of the room!"

"Airport shuttle is always a plus, when they show up Of course! For whatever reason our shuttle never showed up and one of the other shuttles passed us so many times that they were kind enough to stop and just take us to the hotel!"

"Laura manager on duty was by far the best great hospitality took care of her guest. Attentive Only thing that I didn’t like was couldn’t have your own drink by the pool or food .. the hotel was great clean friendly the lobby was a nice place to hang out with the fam bam with the games the had playing pool. Based on the hospitality given I could see my self working in a hotel. The bartender Natalie was awesome great service "

"The ac kept the room cool shower & sink water both had great pressure the room could use better lighting, the bar at the main entrance was good service, the breakfast was good as well. Staff were very helpful kind and very patient "
