Awesome place definitely worth the drive

We stayed one night because i needed to attend a meeting. I booked last minute and Checkin was very easy. Shower pressure was nice and bed was comfortable and i love that the TV had regular cable.

Excellent customer service. Very clean throughout the hotel and inside room and bathroom. Room and bathroom is spacious. Tub shower is excellent. Water pressure is super. The family loved the Pool and hot tub area. Also outdoor area is available and there’s an outdoor bar that opens in the evening. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with waffles, pancakes, eggs, a protein and potatoes. Can also request for kitchen staff to make an omelet if you prefer. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff

The room was extremely clean and welcoming to dogs. My dog adored the bed, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. Eastlake has a distinct charm, with an abundance of beautiful trees and the presence of Otay Lakes only adds to its appeal. Truly delightful.

My husband and I stayed one night for Valentine's weekend. The property is quite lovely. Truly felt like a historic spanish hacienda inside and out. The furnishings reflected an era gone by as well as the wood and adobe structure and surrounding grounds. Remember the movie Barbarosa? How about Zorro? Very romantic setting! We stayed the night on our way down to drive the Baja. Beautiful property and brand new. Dog friendly, rooms were really nice, comfortable bed, kitchenette was well stocked, huge bathroom, nice pool, great breakfast, plenty of parking, and I could go on and on. Staff was helpful and friendly as well.

It was a very pleasant stay. Most hotels have ice buckets and ice machine this facility provides two ice trays in the freezer have a nice size little fridge and a stove top on the countertop with the sink so full of amenities almost like a kitchen

Convenient location right off the freeway. Small parking lot, arrive early if possible to get a spot.

Great place. I felt safe, staff, particularly Michael at the check in desk was super helpful….. he needs a raise please. I TRIED to buy some snacks from the mini “ convenience” store my 2nd day and the line was out the door. Some guy cut me in line (because I’m a woman I’m sure) and the employee was just standing there, still as if we were in the back rooms.
