"We had a great stay. The construction an highway noise were a little loud in the morning, but we turned on a white noise and put in ear plugs. Whoever turned down our bed both nights (room 1625) deserves a raise. She did an amazing job it was such a treat. I tried to tip her the second night, but she left the cash on the bed. That employee deserves to be acknowledged. I looked for her cart in the hall, but she was already done with our floor. Had a great time at the pool. Loved the coffee shop. Grateful it opens early."

"Overall it was good for the price. However, I flew in on Tuesday and stayed until Sunday and every day, I was asking if they could get more towels and sanitizing wipes in the gym to wipe down the equipment and it never happened the entire week. They also advertise that the rooms are cleaned every other day… I had to call each time after 3 PM to ask if someone was still coming. Lastly, my rental car got hit in the parking garage and I was told that the cameras were not able to show what happened or who did it. "

"There was dog food in the restroom floor no sheets for the sofa bed. When I went to ask for them the lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t want to help or even get up her name was Blanca. They day front desk guy was very helpful but that’s as far as anything good. Would never stay there again or recommend anyone staying there."
