"Very old and outdated. Only one elevator worked, and not all of the buttons lit up. A/C unit in room did not work well. Common areas smelled and carpets were dirty. The staff was super friendly and helpful, but it just didn't make up for the poor accommodations. Definitely seemed like a grand hotel that was way past its prime."

"Location is good. Staff is not helpful at all. I asked for help with applying the hotel discount to the parking and the guy in the front desk said that he could not help that I needed to check with someone in the parking lot and literally pointed me to the door. I probably won’t be staying there again. "

"Very loud and busy. Room smelled like meldew as did the two other couples rooms in our party. Food in the cafe (empanadas) were not edible, but the wrap I got was good. Music was loud all night long and made it difficult to sleep. Would not recommend. "

"Lovely Beach ,soft white sand blue sea so beautiful . All staff very friendly .Rooms nice and big lovely view of the ocean. Hot tub lovely and hot water . Suncream also available FREE to top up."
