I booked through Experia four nights and told the hotel that I would need to shorten the stay to 3 nights. Thay said they were not able to make the change because the booking was through Expedia. Expedia has been trying for three days to contact the hotel, both by telephone and by their own internal messaging, but the hotel has not responded at all. The hotel did not respond to...
