I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. I never really do boutique hotels, but I was not only pleasantly surprised, but I can't wait to go back. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff so friendly and helpful PLUS it was in a great location with easy walking to plenty of great restaurants and shopping.
Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.
This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
Very good, small and cute hotel. You can walk 10-15 minutes to many tourist attractions. Rooms are not very roomy but relative to price you pay in London, this is good value.
Absolutely wonderful hotel! Once of the best I have stayed in! It is close to everything important, all walkable- attractions, restaurants, shops, transportation. The room was large and very clean and comfortable! The history of the hotel is so neat too, Million was truly wonderful and he took us on a tour and showed us some historical areas near by, it was the best, he is really awesome! Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.
Great place and people , very good location close enough to the city to be in the center whitin a short taxi ride and far away to be quite and pleasent.
