"The pros of this hotel include the proximity (walking distance) to SM Megamall, as well as other stores & restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and the housekeeping was excellent. Our room was in good shape with nice tiles on the floors and bathroom. There was plenty of hot water & the airconditioning worked great. The hotel manager graciously provided a room upgrade when the AC unit in the first room we booked was leaking. The cons are primarily due to the fact that the property is in need of repairs & updates. For example, many of the common areas & hallways have stained carpets and water stains on the walls & ceilings. I was also disappointed since the hotel was adverised as having a workout room & sauna, but these were not to be found. (The sauna area seemed to be under repair). In the hotel's defense, they are in the process of doing some of these repairs. A letter to this effect was provided promptly at check-in & we could hear the work going on during some of the days of our stay. This work was conducted only during the day, so it did not disturb us."

"During the first couple of days, my girlfriend & I stayed in a Deluxe room, but then extended our stay & transferred to an Executive Suite. The latter was essentially a one bedroom apartment with a separate dining area & kitchen. The Deluxe room was nice, but the Executive Suite was great & spacious. The gym was well maintained and had a good variety of workout machines & weights. The pool was nice, but during the Sunday of our stay the pool was crowded. My partner & I were very happy with the staff and we enjoyed the restaurant for both dining & room service. The proximity to SM Megamall was very convenient & easily walkable. There were also some good dining options within walking distance, in addition to all the mall-based restaurants. We would be happy to stay at Linden Suites again."

"I wasn’t expecting the hotel to have a water spa, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. It was an excellent experience. My daughter, who is a gymnast, especially benefited from soaking in the cold water after her training. The massage therapy and herbal spa were incredibly relaxing and added to the overall experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. My children also loved the beds—they were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy for everyone to rest and recharge. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book this place again the next time we visit the Philippines. Highly recommended!"
