" Bathroom sink was completely rusted, both faucets were absolutely disgusting and leaking every time we turned them on. They gave us a difficult time just to simply get shower towels. Everyday 2 days our room keys stop working and I would have to go to get them reprogrammed. On the last day they would not even give us shower towels because it was the last day. The entire resort smelt like sewage. In order to book 1 of only 3 restaurants there we had to wait in long for 2 hours in order to book which took 10 seconds. Absolutely horrible, money back should be in order "
"Hotel/Conference Center adjacent to a very large Shopping Mall and to the National Bus Terminal. Across the highway from the main Panama Domestic Airport. Not the most attractive environment.
Hotel was clean and had limited choice dining options on site or within the Mall. Transport was by taxi or Uber. I did hear of a Metro system operating from the Bus Station, but didn't utilize it.
Hotel was host hotel for an event i was participating in, so that's why I chose it. Had I known the hotel location beforehand, I would have picked a different hotel closer to the event site."
