Room size very good! Located on an excellent location. One block from the famous walking shopping street. The staffs are excellent. The only thing need to improve is the hair dryer, air comes out way too strong. Definitely gave you a typhoon hairstyle.

Nice design of the hotel inside and outside the rooms, friendly and helpful service in the receiption desk. We have a very pleasure journey here, will visit again.

Staff was very friendly and went out of there way to help me. There restaurant is well staffed and food is delicious even for some one who has never had authentic Chinese food

Suites are huge and worth the upgrade. Great gym, massage and spa. Restaurants are excellent, especially the chinese ones. We even impressed our chinese partners with the food there. Great showers, water pressure is excellent. Clean linens and towels make this another great spot. Safe, clean, wifi for westerners, and accessibility make this is a great choice.

The hotel is about a 10 minute ride from Hongqiao airport. On the way to the hotel, the taxi driver told me in Chinese that he wasn't happy about the short trip. To make him happy, I promised him a big tip. About the hotel, it offered great value for the money. The room was big and comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience at the Sunworld Dynasty Hotel. We book Executive level rooms with the breakfast. Upon arrival we found out that Executive level rooms are allowed to have breakfast at the main hotel dining facility with a large breakfast buffet or at the Executive lounge. The executive lounge was a much smaller selection for breakfast but was a quite setting with a little more personal attention.
