Very nice stay in the heart of Nice. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping, nice parks, 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to Old Nice. Highly recommend!!

I was really impressed by the service, but wifi should be free always. I had to pay 24 Euro on 1 night and being in a luxury hotel like this I was amazed.

Exquisite hotel! Service was impeccable. The two restaurants and the bar were beyond exceptional. This hotel is simply top notch. From its history, to all its ornamental architecture, to all of its artwork, we simply did not want to leave. Fascinating stay. Well trained staff who exceeds every expectation.

I highly recommend this hotel. The setting is unbelievably gorgeous and the staff was very professional. We were treated like royalty and the facilities are beautiful. The pool, the spa, the grounds, the dining options, etc. The hotel staff was very helpful when it came to renting bikes for a half a day, renting a car, getting a driver and they helped us with all of our dinner reservations throughout. Our stay was 10/10!!

An amazing property with excellent access to Aix-en-Provence. The room was lovely, the entire property was beautifully landscaped. The pool was superb. And the food was also very quality.

We travel a few times a year and stay in different hotels and properties. We absolutely loved this very unique resort. The staff were so professional yet very personable. They were there to truly serve the guests and to make sure every need of their guests are made. Thank you all for making us feel valued. Melissa, the room director was extremely helpful. We will go back there when we return to NICE. Emmanuel the Concierge is one the best we have ever come across. First class job.

I really enjoyed my stay, from check in to departure everything was great. views, restaurants, drinks,the spa :) cleanliness, and the decor was so great... when I return to Marseilles I will surly be staying at this property again.

The Alex Hotel & Spa was booked due to it's close proximity to the train station. The staff upon check-in were helpful & friendly and our room was clean and renovated - it was one of our favorite stays in France! Also, the balcony was a plus and was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of travel while still enjoying the city.
