"Best hotel I've ever stayed at! The staff clearly takes pride in what they offer, and the amenities are excellent. Truly could not have been a better stay. My compliments to each individual who works here! The only part less than stellar is the steakhouse attached. The prices are exorbitant, and the food is mid at best, especially compared to the Skylon about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. If you spare yourself the disappointment of STK, this is the perfect stay!"
"Initially, the room wasn't very clean with a window stained, the carpets and table a bit dirty, and some basic stuff (shampoo and body soap) was missing. But the front desk receptionists were very kind and helpful, and we have got everything needed.
The overall experience was very positive, the staff super kind and helpful, the location is in front of an amusement park, but noise isolation is perfect. Unfortunately, from the 7th floor room we had the river and the falls could be barely seen."
"It is well worth spending the extra money and get a room above the 15th floor for a perfect view of the Falls. Be prepared to wait in line for check-in. We even got there early and it took at least a half an hour to get up to the desk to check in because the line was long and they had three people working. There are plenty of restaurants to pick from right in the area and there is an all you can eat breakfast restaurant right across the street. Also know you have to take the tram/ gondola down to the lookout because there are no steps to get there unless you walk clear around several hotels. I think that I would give four and a half stars but not an option, and that one star less were was for the long wait time at check-in."
"Property was great, staff friendly and helpful and thank you so much for the early check-in. Needed the rest after the RedEye in from the west coast."
"No complaints. I would stay there again. Easy access to Roger’s Centre, CN Tower and everything downtown. The subway entrance was 200 yards away. Street car just outside the hotel entrance. "
