"Staff doesnt care at all about the clients. We asked for restaurants advice and also to get the taxi boats. They couldnt care less. We felt like an ATM machine. Poor breakfast for 12Eur. Nothing fresh, only old croissants and bread. Poor food in the restaurant unfortunately because the manager was very nice. Nice pool although the area needs some upgrade. Nice room with good AC and shower, though small. "

"It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold. "

"Lovely hotel only a 5 mins walk from centre. Everything is well maintained. The pool and surrounding area is very clean with lots of sunbeds. The room was also kept spotless clean by the daily housekeeping. All staff were friendly and quick to be of any assistance. Good wifi. Spacious free car park in hotel grounds."

The apartment is perfectly located, steps from the beach, and steps from a shopping plaza with a busy and friendly bakery, grocery store, dry goods store, butcher and fish market, multiple restaurants, clothing shops and even hair salons.
