"Nice hotel, great staff. But our Junior Suite (room 302) was only a normal room with a view of a wooden (privacy) wall that hid all sight of the surrounding mountains. I didn't need to drive that far to see a slab of wood from a dark, dreary room. (Plus some of the lights didn't work.)"

"We stayed with our 8 year old daughter, everything was perfect. Children can use the pool until 4.30pm so we had lots of time to enjoy the facilities, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bed covers were soft and high quality. Only tiny negative was the pillows were quite flat and hard but that's the only thing. Balcony and view lovely. Very clean. Very happy with our stay! "

Couldn’t open the windows or use the balcony/deck because there was a very loud, constant sound coming from beneath the deck - maybe the HVAC system? Unbearably loud, 24x7. Upon checkout, I wanted to tip the chambermaid but realized only had US dollars. I asked for advice from the woman at the front desk and her response was that they had “No use for dollars”, her overall tone condescending, as if I was offering complete garbage. I...

"We stayed for our anniversary - amazing weekend! The hotel itself is stunning and our room was great and very spacious. Spa is incredible, pool is open until late and the views are stunning. Food is pricey but delicious. "

"This hotel has a magnificent view of the town of Molveno across the lake and is only a 2km walk to the beach and restaurants. There’s also free parking at the hotel and in town, if you don’t like walking. The bicycle garage is equipped with tools to assemble a bike you travelled with and they have soap, sponges, brushes and a good quality hose to clean off your bike after riding. Good breakfast too. Highly recommend "
