"This place has really gone downhill. From broken elevators to toilets backing up, the maintenance is non-existent. I was most disgusted by the housekeeping—they actually remade our bed with stained sheets instead of replacing them. Every meal was either cold or poorly prepared, especially at the steakhouse. Even the beach was a letdown due to the crowds and the rude vendors. I won't be returning."

"Our check-in was supposed to start at 3pm but one of our rooms was not ready until 10pm. We had 2 rooms.The staff were rude and wasn't provide to provide the two rooms close to each other. Most of the restaurants were closed due to construction. The reservation app for the a la carte did not work. We had to eat dinner at the same restaurant for two nights. The beach is very small. "
