The hotel is 20 mins walk to Montepulciano and 25 mins walk from the bus station. It has a great pool and Spa that can be used by paying an extra fee. The rooms were ok, not super spacious, but had a small fridge and balcony."

The restaurant was great, offering local foods typical of the area though they are strict about reserving in advance even as a guest. The real standout was the staff, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Wish we spent more time by the pool and on property as it was perfectly tranquil and scenic. "

"I'm seriously impressed by how beautiful this hotel was. Rustic, beautiful tiles and floors, doors, gorgeous gardens and pool, all built into the side of a mountain with a stream running by as a view for breakfast.
The room was also spacious and clean. The bathtub also apparently doubled as a jacuzzi though I didn't partake. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good.

"The hosts were amazing, my husband came down with a cold during our stay and they were extremely gracious and accommodating. The 5 course meals served on site were some of our favorite dinners - and at a very reasonable cost. We enjoyed eating with the other guests and sharing stories / perspectives from around the world - truly some of our favorite vacation memories were made here!"

The Hotel was super easy to find, is a fairly large complex. Lots of Parking, it did get busy on a Saturday night parking wise but still managed to find a space.
Staff were super friendly and spoke good English, directions to my room were clear and information about the bar/restaurant were good.
Both pool areas are well maintained and the bar has a good selection of drinks.
