"There were way too many roaches for me. My group seen about 6 roaches total . And we were there 4 nights .
The wall of the pool is falling apart .
Staff was friendly and entertaining.

"The resort is beautiful, however nothing about my experience here was convenient. Check in took an hour, we had 3 rooms w 5 occupants which lead to a lot of confusion for some reason. Next came the food, it’s all inclusive but between 4-6pm when the restaurants are closed to prepare for dinner finding food is exhausting. Room service takes at least an hour and must be ordered through their “app” that barely works. Forget trying to call room service they never answer, we even tried calling the front desk to have them transfer us to them, still no luck. On one instance room service marked the food as delivered, we were heading back to our room only to find that the food wasn’t there. We tried calling no answer and food service after 10 is $25……so we chose not to reorder. For a 5 star hotel I was expecting a 5 star experience. I probably won’t be returning, however the staff were very nice. "
"Staff was great, food was good. They don’t enforce the no saving pool chairs so it was difficult to get a chair by the pool. Some of the reservation systems for dinners were inefficient."

The staff was kind, caring, polite, efficient, professional, classy, and ready to respond to your every need or request. Shout out to Sharika (front desk), Aaron (guest services) that made sure we were settled in and checked on us throughout our stay."
"Family vacation. Rooms are nice and clean, hotel is just as pictured. Staff is amazing! The entertainment crew is a group of amazing, great energy, fun individuals! They are mindful of the families and of the just adults there to have a good time. Would def go back! "
