Great for a family with small kids as there are a lot of open spaces and a playing area. The river side view is just stunning and the USP of this property. "This hotel claims to be 4-star however there was no heating in rooms in December. They charged exorbitant amount for rod heaters which were not heating the room.
Food was good and housekeeping staff was helpful.
This is fine for a 2-star hotel and should charge as such. "

I am glad I made the choice to stay at Tiaraa in Manali. As we entered the front staff made us feel welcome and directed us to our room.
